Yes. After 12 months it is yours outright, including the domain. You can keep us on to look after it at the after-term price for your plan, shown on the pricing section, or take it elsewhere. We will hand over everything and help you move.

Changes to the site you have are included: new photos, prices, opening hours, wording, a new section, a seasonal offer. Email us and it is done within your plan's turnaround: 2 working days on Starter, next working day on Standard, same working day on Plus. The design you picked is the design you get. A different look is a new build, and we will quote for it honestly. Same for something new, like an online shop. One tip: send everything in one go rather than a line at a time, and we can turn it round much quicker.

Your main page holds everything in one scroll, which is what works on a phone. Extra pages are for a treatment, a service, an area you cover or a case study, which is what gets you found on Google. Starter is the main page on its own, Standard adds up to 4 more and Plus up to 9. Your privacy notice, terms, thank-you page and 404 page never count. The new page you get every month on Plus is on top of that.

No, nothing is taken when you sign up. You pay from £150 a month + VAT by Direct Debit, and the first payment comes when your site goes live, or after 14 days if that is sooner.

Yes, our prices are plus VAT at 20%. Including VAT, Starter is £180 a month, Standard £240 and Plus £360. If your business is VAT registered, you claim it back.

We will move your domain across, or point it at the new site, and sort the email so nothing breaks. If you are stuck in a contract with someone else, tell us and we will work around it.

We map every old address to its new one, so links and rankings carry over. We keep your page titles and descriptions, tell Google about the new site, and update your Google Business Profile. Sites usually hold their position or improve, because the new one is faster. We do not promise rankings, and nobody honest does.

The minimum term is 12 months, because that is how long it takes to pay for the build. After that it drops to the after-term price for your plan, shown on the pricing section, and it is month to month. Stop any time. And if you are not happy in your first 30 days live, you owe nothing.

We set every site up properly so Google can read it. On Standard and Plus we also set up or tidy your Google Business Profile, which is what actually gets a local business found, and keep it fresh every month. We do not promise rankings, and anyone who does is lying to you.

Every site comes with a privacy notice naming you as the data controller, your company details, your registration numbers where your profession has them, and consent wording on the contact form. We do not use tracking cookies, so there is no banner. If your business handles personal data you may need to pay the ICO data protection fee yourself. We will remind you, but that part is yours.
